Yes. You can exclude the particular date through Chart >> Chart Settings. Refer to the documentation here:

sorry- all my charts for the ES I have set for RTH session only. However, the total volume that is displayed on the top of the chart is for the full ETH session. is there a way to get only the RTH volume displayed?

No. Unless you were to set the chart to 1 day per bar, then you could look at the volume for the bar.

ok, so in the attached image I have a candlestick chart with each candle set to one RTH session for the ES. I hovered over yesterdays candle and in the "Chart Values" header it gives me the open, close, hi, lo etc. I see "V:1114438 T:325082 BV:540238 AV:" so I can assume the "V:1114438" is yesterdays RTH volume? What are the other two values?
