I got a message that I had exceeded the number of allowed systems as I went to open Sierra Charts on my third laptop. (I have a three laptop workstation and get the message on the third laptop that I have exceeded the number of systems allowed, which apparently is two.) I understand I can run multiple copies of Sierra Chart on the same computer, but I have three laptops and need three separate copies running. I thank you in advance for your assistance. GrigorHagop |

In a previous Forum Support, I found that a user who had Package 3 (same as me) was allowed, upon request, to use the program on three of his computers? Has that policy changed? If not, why can it not be applied to me? If yes, how much will it cost for me to be able to run Package 3 on my three laptops simultaneously. I should emphasize that I have been a customer continuously since 2006. I do not understand the logic of your allowing multiple copies of Sierra Chart on one computer running simultaneously and connected to multiple external monitors but not allowing me to have a similar setup using three laptops. If you need a sworn affidavit that your software is being used at a single end location, my home, I will comply by furnishing you with such a notarized document. I await your consideration and information. Gregory Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-07-06 06:24:05
