Can not connect to data service

Hi,

I was able to download and install the free trial of Sierra Charts, but can not connect to a data service.

Example:

Active service: SC Forex Data (FXCM) | 2013-07-03 16:34:47
Your current service package does not support this function. Select Help >> Purchase to upgrade your package. | 2013-07-03 16:34:50


Can you tell me which data service to connect to and how to get this to work?

This usually indicates you are using an incorrect Username, Password, Firm or have not selected the correct Use Live Server or Use Sim Server option, in the Connection Details frame in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings window.
