Hi, I'd like to build some long term Volume by Price (VbP) studies. I use IQFeed as my datafeed and have the download historical intraday data set to ticks with 1825days set as the maximum download. After setting up an intraday (1440min) chart using the QCL# symbol and downloading data it seems the maximum amount of data available from the server is 2years. I'm somewhat confused by this as IQfeed states that 120days of tick data is available and 5+years of minute data. I could use some help in understanding what the 2years worth of data is that I am getting for the QCL# symbol. Also if I build a VbP study on the 1440min chart with a 2year study length and use a 1tick resolution, what am I actually getting? Thanks |
