Hello, I have data from IB which are all right. But if I open chart in Sierra with volume, loaded data are all right, but realtime data for volume are undervalued. (See the screen bellow). Can you tell me please, what is wrong? Thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-07-01 17:21:22

You need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> More Interactive Brokers Settings >> Stock Data Volume Multiplier to make the Interactive Brokers volumes the same.

We notice this is a futures contract. We do not have a solution for this. Interactive Brokers is not apparently providing actual volume data.
