CTS T4 Sim - Error getting server config details

I followed your CTS T4 setup instructions in your documentation.
I followed the CTS T4 Demo Account Registration link and was emailed a username and password by CTS.
I am using this in Sierra, connection details are "use sim server", and the username/password provided by CTS. I have left Firm and Account blank.
