Uncheck the Continuous Futures Contract option in Chart >> Chart Settings . The transition to the current contract may not have occurred at the expected time.

We have done some changes. But the problem is ZSQ3 and ZSX3 are not both expired and you are charting ZSX3. So it is difficult to create a Continuous Futures Chart.
