Charts stay stop and not show actual data

Now my chart stops around 9 a.m. Connection is OK.
Could you tell me why charts stop and not runing with actual data?
I have tried deleted all data downloads and again Open Intraday Chart, but this do not help.

It could be that you are looking at the June futures contracts. You need to rollover to September. Please follow these instructions:
