it popped up asking me to add usage credit
I added the usage credits and now my volume profile doesn't show

I tried restarting sierra chart

We are not seeing a problem with the Volume by Price study on a Trade DOM.

We recommend removing the study through Chart >> Studies and adding it again.

If there still is a problem, what is the Volume Graph Period Type Input set to for that study?

ok I thought it fixed it self but now it flashes.
It goes between a higher timeframe and a lower timeframe in a split second

Almost certainly the Scale Range for that study is not set to Automatic.

What is the Scale Range set to for the Trade DOM. Check this through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Scale. It should be set to "Constant Range".

It does not make any sense that the issue is specific to 1276. We do not observe a problem and nothing changed which would be related to this.
