1st Instance SC = connected to broker
2nd Instance SC = SC Forex Feed

I load Forex data in 1st Instance and see Chart [R].

1st Issue:
When I send an order via chart to IB i get the message: Unknown Symbol with ID 364 (EURUSD).
I know that this was no problem with an older SC version.

2nd Issue:
No historical charts for EURAUD, EURNOK but historical charts for EURUSD and EURJPY.

3rd Issue:
I there any volume data available ?

3. Not with Forex symbols.

As a matter of policy we will only provide help for charts opened with an instance connected to the data feed that the data comes from and opened through File >> Find Symbol. Refer to help topic 6:

I understood that I have to manually insert the IB syntax into field
"Trade and current Quote Symbol" e.g. EUR.USD-CASH-IDEALPRO so that
an order can be sent to TWS while using SC Forex feed on EURUSD.

This is very cumbersome for someone who actively trades several forex
pairs and switches between the pairs regularyly. As a programmer myself
I understand that you have to find a way to match the TWS syntax. But
what I do not understand is why the syntax is not strored once entered
with a reference (pointer) to the corresponding SC feed symbol, so that
one do not have to enter it everytime I chance the symbol.

Example for such a table:

SC-Symbol TWS-Symbol
EURUSD EUR.USD-CASH-IDEALPRO
EURCAD EUR.CAD-CASH-IDEALPRO
EURJPY EUR.JPY-CASH-IDEALPRO

Implemented as a reference table that is loaded when SC starts.

Just a suggestion to make life easier for the user :-) ....

What we need to do is add a new Symbol Setting for the Trade and Current Quote Symbol. We will do that. It will be found in Global Settings >> Symbol Settings.

Hello, at the moment I do not see a change since it is still not possible to send orders to TWS.

Is this already done or do I have to take sth. into account or change sth. here ?

The new symbol setting mentioned in post #5 has not yet been done. However, that is not going to prevent you from manually setting the Trade and Current Quote Symbol in a chart.
