Dear Sierra support, I have an account with FXCM and wanted to use it in sierra charts but Sierra said I must have $10,000 balance to use it. I don't have up to this amount. I contacted FXCM and they said they dont know about this that I can start with any amount from $3000. Please I don't have this $10,000. What am I supposed to do. If this is not possible, please suggest to me other broker I can use Sierra Chart to trade with opening account of $3000 to $4000.

I contacted FXCM on the FIX credentials needed but here is what they said: FXCM - Julian: To link your account to use Sierra Charts, you will need to complete a Letter of Direction Are you(Sierra) supposed to give me a letter of direction before FXCM gives me the FIX credential? |

We have never given anyone a letter of direction for FXCM, so that is something that they will need to give you and for you to complete.
