Optimus OCO Attached Order disappeared

I have a trade that I put on from my office with a Server side OCO order for limits and stops. I closed SC at work and booted up SC at home and the orders are shown as cancelled. Fortunately, it did not close my positon. Can support tell me how this happened because I have not has this problem until now. |
