You need to set the Time in Force for those Attached Orders. This is documented here:

Hi,

Ok....here's an update on the issue....
As of open this eve (morning to you) My orders were on the chart and showed GTC in TWS.
Upon returning to my system the orders do not show on the SC chart but are still in TWS.
I am trading DX JUNE

And were the orders originally entered from Sierra Chart?

If so, the only thing we know that might affect this, is the Instance setting in Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings.

Otherwise, contact Interactive Brokers about this.
