Multiple instances not working anymore

I have an account with CQG FIX data, and I have an SC/FXCM account. It's worked before, I deleted my FX charts a few weeks ago in CQG (destination copy). I renewed my SC/FXCM (source copy) last night and tried setting up charts/symbols this morning but the 'Instance' menu in the 'Find Symbol' window isn't highlighted (it won't drop down to select other feeds)
