chartbook not opening

HI I have a whole set of 27 fx pairs on an external HD I loaded the chartbook from the external HD on my computer Sierra It's all there and works. I save the chartbook , after closing I cannot reopen it. I see "windows error code 3 , cannot find the path Where do I go wrong please thanks jaban |

Make sure the Chartbook is located in the Global Settings >> General Settings >> Data Files Folder.
