For some reason I have trouble getting my studies to work on monday. For instance the Pivots and yesterdays high low vanish on mondays for some reason. i have looked into the settings but cant see why. Does this have to do with weekend data or something? They will go back to being fine after today. Any suggestions?

This could be based upon the chart timeframe and the Study Settings. If it is the case, then there is not anything that can be done. What is the timeframe of the chart bars and what is the time period of the Pivot Points? And what study are you using for yesterday's high and low? My chart is an RTH 5 minute (and 10 minute). The Pivots settings are set to 1 day time period. I also have project forward period on and is set to 2 bars and then I also have 1 for the # of days to calculate setting. I am using the variable pivot point study as it is a bit more flexible. my high low is the period OHLC variable period study with 1 day to calculate and 1 day for period day and length. I have it set to no for calculate current period as I am using it for the prior RTH high low. yes for forward project. |

OK we have a better understanding now. We think the problem is you need to increase the Number of Days to Calculate to 3 because otherwise there is no reason why you would have the described issue.
