If you are running any firewall software in your computer, disable it. Also try temporarily disabling the Windows firewall. If that does not help, contact your Internet service provider and see if they are blocking or somehow degrading port 8031. The evidence is, there is some trouble with the network connectivity over port 8031 from your computer to the FXCM server. We could not fully connect FXCM because we do not know your password.
