Are these existing charts detached charts? We cannot even imagine why you would have any trouble opening the Trade Window if you go to Chart >> Reset Child Windows. That flat-out should work no problem at all. The way that function is implemented is very reliable. We have just reviewed it now. Anyway, for now use Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart.
