Your trading orders are being rejected because your account name is not selected, so there is no account to associate orders with. In the Data Trade Service Settings, there is an input for "Account". This is not typically the same as your username. The account does not need to be filled in to connect, only to trade. You can fill this value in manually if you know it, or select from a list of valid accounts after connecting. Once you connect to the service, after a few seconds the Account drop down will be populated with all of the accounts associated with the username (i.e. you could have multiple accounts). Just go back into the Data Trade Service Settings, and select the proper account from the list. The selected value will be remembered, so this only needs to be done once. |
