This relates to either the account number for Positions not being set or not being set correctly. Make sure you are on version 993 or 994. Please update by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. Make sure Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Positions Account, is set correctly. In recent versions Sierra Chart was automatically setting this but this was creating a problem when an Interactive Brokers username has multiple trade accounts.
