We are forwarding this over to the engineer at TransAct. They are giving a disconnect signal and instructing us not to reconnect. We do not want to deviate from the protocol. The historical Intraday data with TransAct is very reliable. Anytime there is a connection to the TransAct system, the historical data is reliably downloaded. In our prior response, we were not completely clear as to the details. TransAct has indirect control over the reconnection by certain flags that can be set in some messages they send over the GSP connection. So they can direct Sierra Chart to reconnect by disconnecting and not setting a flag to not reconnect. Since Sierra Chart will reconnect when the connection to the server is lost.
