Hello, I have two accounts at Interactive Brokers and use one for daytrading using SierraChart. I trade futures and after upgrading to version 991 I started to have problem that SierraChart “looses” track of opened positions. I see P/L = 0P at trading panel, although I have opened position in the market. This happens about 10 seconds after I get into position (so first 10 seconds I see P/L in trading panel) After it happed several times today I started to investigate more and found out that my account number in field “Positions Account” changes (under Data/Trade Settings)! When I start Sierra I have the same account number inserted in Orders Account and Positions Account. However after trading (when Sierra stops tracking open positions) I have my second account number in the field “Positions Account”. Simply while trading the Positions Account number under Data/Trade services changes and it could be the reason that Sierra doesn’t see the open positions. When I used the older version I did not have this problem (I do not however know what version it was). Can you please check this issue? |
