Hi, this is a great trading platform, many thanks. Recently my connection to Rithmic data has been stopping every 30 minutes with this log entry:- “You have not placed an order within the last 10 days. The trading service you are using requires that you trade....” I've contacted Optimus about this assuming it was a Rithmic issue, but they say to contact Sierra. Many thanks, Tony |
