Hi, SC Yes, u r right. Not often, but it does happen quite rarely. it happened yesterday Using latest InfinityAT 5.5.4 and ATcharts 992 Live Mode. (SIM) The ATcharts time continue to run but InfinityAT platform is not updating, resulting in ATcharts price not moving too. I was told Infinityfutures is looking into disconnection alerts since last year. I was hoping SC has a disconnection alert so i could restart InfinityAT. regards |
