I keep getting the error "logged in elsewhere" when trying to log into sierra on a different computer. It is the same username and password however the account number is different. I an using cts t4 to connect through sierra. It isn't sierras log in but cts. Cts said it is allowed on their end. Is this not allowed through sierra? Thanks
