I called broker, they suggested there could only be one instance of SC and Transact DOM. I called Transact, I can have as many instances of DOM as desired. The last I checked with SC, 3 computers were supported. Since I have only 2 computers at the moment, that cannot be a problem, unless your policy has changed. 1. How do I get the new "attach file" button"? This message box only has an "edit attached files" button, not an "attach file" button per SC documentation I found. I therefore do not know how to post a picture as in the past with the "attach file" paperclip icon to show the png version of the error messages. When I downgraded from 991 to 988, the same 2 error messages appeared: "This is the first time you are accessing this account fro this machine, An email has been sent to the account holder with further instructions. We take your security seriously. Please follow the brief process to help us verify your identity and keep your accounts safe. OK" "Log in failed. Reason: MAC Address Not Authorized." I have never seen these messages before today. I have been logging on with this computer for years, not the first time to log on with this computer by any means. 2. Therefore Engineering: can you look into this with a little more detail? |
