This is good. This is also confirmation that the problem was indeed within the Rithmic API.

And if a freeze condition is detected in the new separate process which is used for the Rithmic API, then the process is automatically shut down and restarted.

To be clear and so there is no misunderstanding, it is the Rithmic software which is used to connect to the Zen fire systems. Zen fire uses the Rithmic software.
