When you disable the option in Chart Trade Settings to display the Net PL, do you see a problem with the Daily Profit/Loss. Daily Profit/Loss show on the Trade Statistics tab for the same symbol? What is the symbol you are trading? We do not have enough information to help with this at this time and we do not see a problem in our testing.
