Order entry through the Sierra Chart Trade DOM definitely should not be cumbersome. You can cancel an order with a single click. So you may not be following the proper procedure. Please describe in which way it is "cumbersome" so we can explain the proper operation. You may not be doing it in the most efficient way. We have received recent good feedback for the Trade DOM. So you should not be having difficulties. Attached Orders configuration may be a little different than what you are used to, but once you understand how they work they are straightforward. We will make some adjustments to the notifications to resolve the problem where you have not been using Rithmic for 10 days and are still getting notice.
