Please understand, that it is necessary that our users are trading when using Rithmic. Otherwise Rithmic may prevent Sierra Chart users from using their system. This is the reason why you are getting this notice and being disconnected. Therefore, you need to start submitting orders from Sierra Chart. If you just want to submit a Limit order and cancel it, you can do that. What you can do to prevent Sierra Chart from giving you this message, is make order modifications and cancellations from Sierra Chart charts and Trading DOMs. We will make sure in the next release, that those are monitored for as well to prevent this message from showing. If you are not actually trading using your Rithmic account at all, then our advice is to discontinue the use of Rithmic from Sierra Chart.
