Reason: I have been using the same charts for several years and all of a sudden, it comes up as a blank screen and says "downloading historical data" and nothing happens. Then when I try to reload all my charts one by one, it says you need to be on special package to use this study. What study? I've had the same set up now for years and don't know what to do. Nothing is updating - a blank screen. |
