We did identify the problem. It is due to a data error from IQ Feed. Please follow our instructions to delete the Intraday data files as we stated in post #16. This way you do not have to rebuild the Chartbook. Please look at post #16 again. We understand your frustration about the problem. but this is due to a data error from IQ Feed . This is an excessively wrong error which triggers a large amount of memory allocation because there is a very large price range in a bar.
