If you are still receiving error code 10061 when connecting to TransAct, then this is going to be due to a firewall on your system. If you are running any firewall program other than the Windows firewall, we recommend uninstalling it. In our experiencing disabling them sometimes does not help and they will still block the connection. This is why they need to be uninstalled.
