We suspect that FXCM is providing a collateral report which contains the balance data, for all of the accounts on your login. However, Sierra Chart currently can only handle a balance for a single account. Next week will be finishing the capability for Sierra Chart to maintain a cash balance for multiple accounts. If you look in the very latest version you will see a new Balance tab on the Orders and Positions window that supports multiple accounts. Just one of many things we are doing, so much to do.
