We finally have the new release of Sierra Chart which uses a separate process as the interface to the Rithmic API. This is based on GSP: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GeneralDataTradeServiceProtocol.php To update select Help >> Download Current Version. Let us know if there any problems and let us know if the problem is resolved. However if the freezing was actually due to the Rithmic API, then the separate process would also potentially freeze.
