From what we see of your account, you are connecting to Rithmic for both trading and data. In general, we can not help with Rithmic data.

But, follow these instructions to get us your Message Log and we will see if there is a specific message that may explain your issue:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
