With regards to the "Symbol Settings Not Found for Current Service" that is occurring because these specific symbols are not setup within the system, and they will not be. You will just have to put up with that message for the first 2 minutes and then it will go away. With regards to the data, do not worry about the TPO. Start with a standard intraday chart for that symbol (30 minute bars is fine). It looks like you only have the same amount of data loaded for that situation as well.
