EurexTrader: Your CME Group data is delayed because you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account within the past 30 days. As such, your "Verified Until" date is now expired (in the past), as it is showing as "2024-11-16". You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Once you connect to your live account, your "Verified Until" date will update to 30 days in the future and you will then be getting the real-time data again.
