User471869: You do not have any exchanges active in order to get real-time data from us. In order to get real-time data for the CME Group, you first need to understand that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
