Regarding post #5, do the following:

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings.

Completely clear the following:

market data username
market data password
historical data username
historical data password

Press OK.

What is the issue with trading that you are having. If there is no trading issue the Trade Activity Log is not relevant.
