The two items you are pointing to in the images do not look like they are from the same time. The TPOs for those items, along with the other TPOs are different, and hence so are the Volume by Price profiles. There have been no changes in the TPO and Volume by Price profiles that would cause a change like this between those versions. There is something else going on. We would need to see images of those two versions for the entire chart including the time scale.
