Good morning, I am contacting you again because I have only partially solved the problem. By following the instructions I was able to reestablish normal charts in the replay function. The problem arises when I try instead to replay the DOM, as you can see my dom shows only two levels for Bid and Ask (before I set the general settings this way it showed only one) completely leaving out all the other levels and without showing me even.the Pulling/Stacking orders. I have downloaded the Historical Depth of market data following the instructions then nandando inside the Symbol in question GC and checked the box on “Yes” in the <Record Market Depth Data> field. Instead in the “Sierra Chart Server Settings” in the <Support Downloading Historical Market Depth Data> field I checked the box to “Yes”. All the charts including DOM Chart in the settings and <Symbol Settings> in the fields are set like this Automatic Rollover Futures Symbol ---> “Yes” Continues Contract -- > “Continues Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover” Can you please help me kindly thank you
