In this case, it sounds like the chart is continuously being drawn for some reason. You can see if that is the case, by selecting Chart >> Chart Settings >> Performance. When the market is closed, Average Calculation and Draw Time should remain at 0 ms. If it does not, it is being drawn for unknown reasons. So that problem has to be determined. And when the Numbers Bars are very dense, there is a lot of draw time.
