Hi, I am trying to set up Spreadsheet System for Trading Study to be used for spread trading. A simple example of what I am trying to achieve: Sheet 1 = Symbol 1 Sheet 2 = Symbol 2 Sheet 3 = Calculations, also the Formula Source Sheet I understand that columns K-Z on Sheet 3 will feed into Sheets 1 & 2, but can't quite figure out if it is possible to direct Sheet 1 to execute a "Buy Entry" column K while simultaneously send a "Sell Entry" column M to Sheet 2, exclusively. As of now, the data in Sheet 3 column K is feeding into column K of Sheet 1 and 2. I understand that this is the expected output, but wondering if anyone else has encountered this or has a workaround. The only solution I have thought of would be to create Sheet 4 to source Sheet 1 or 2, having a source sheet for each symbol, as seen below: Sheet 1 / Symbol 1 / Buy Order = Sheet 3 as Source Sheet 2 / Symbol 2 / Sell Order = Sheet 4 as Source I am hoping there is a way to have 1 Formula Source sheet drive Buy and Sell Orders to 2 symbols. Ultimately I would like to build this out to 10-50 spreads, and hoping I can drive buy and sell entries from 1 Source sheet. Thank you. |
