Typically if the Large Volume Trade Indicator is not showing, it means that you are not storing your data at every tick. You need to have the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" to be "1 Tick". Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)
