the above text is taken from the DTC link reading BUT the 4th instance I am running, the one for APTEROS trading is a DATA/TRADE SERVICE SETTINGS >> TRADING EVALUATOR [TRADING], does this not mean that the account is a SIM account???
Although the "Trading Evaluator" is a simulation environment, it is NOT simulation mode with respect to your Sierra Chart software. To trade with the Trading Evaluator you need to NOT be in Simulation Mode in either a sub-instance or in the main instance. both main instance and sub instance were set to no without me making any changes
Are you using Sub-Instances in any other installation on the system? If you are, then you will need to change ports so the sub-instances in different installations reference the correct main instance.
