The notice about the data is from 9-1. So it was posted before you added funds and renewed your services. There is a "Hide" option at the bottom of the message that you can select to not show that particular message on the website for your account. The reason you are getting delayed data is that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account since last month. Your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2024-09-07". You need to connect to your live account and have that date updated to 30 days in the future.
