Just a heads up, I tried to move this ASCII process outside "if (!sc.Index)" block, meaning, it is processed every loop, the full calculation of that study increased dramatically: 200-300ms on my 10-year-old iMac, once I moved it back, then it dropped to 15-20ms. So, Sierra takes much longer to process any text info compare to numbers, but if text is only processed in a very limited number of times, then it shouldn't be an issue. |
