Hello,
I have a serious problem- I started using Sierra today after 2 months of a break and it doesn't work properly. The data is delayed or- to be more precise- it doesn't move on at all.

When I turned on Sierra at 2.45, i.e. and hour ago, the platform has been displaying the data until 2.45 and that's it- no new bars appear, nothing, as if the data flow were frozen..
Can you, please, tell me what I should do to make it work again?

I have checked my payments and everything seems to be fine- I have paid for Sierrra as well as for Denali data.
