If you want to have a 15-second or 30-second candle bars, the settings is under: Chart -> Chart Settings -> Bar Period To set the Data Storage Unit: Global Settings -> Data/Trade Service Settings -> Common Settings -> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit(List) Which has nothing to do with candle bars on the chart, except that time unit need to be equal or smaller than the time unit for candle bars apparently.
